Job Description​​​

Monitor and maintain production and packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks

Independently troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, performing repairs and adjustments to minimize downtime

Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and team members to support plant operations
Schedule​

4 on 4 off, 12-hour day shifts
Production Utility Technician
$22-$25/hr.
Job Description​​​

Assist Press Operators with measurements and production adjustments
-
Help with dumping ingredients, restocking materials, and switching ingredients as needed
-
Monitor regrind levels and ensure the system remains adequately filled

Package product according to production needs and quality standards
-
Support Quality and Production teams with retoting and relabeling tasks
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift

Operate equipment such as cardboard balers, floor sweepers, and floor scrubbers
-
Safely operate a forklift to move, organize, and store product as needed
-
Perform other duties as assigned by management
