Job Description

  • Assist in the operation of the pasta line and support equipment to obtain maximum product output

  • Assist in conducting shape changes on an independent basis according to the production schedule and ensure the proper blends of raw ingredients are used

  • Monitor and maintain lengths in short goods according to specifications provided

  • Maintains and improves product quality by completing products’ measurement, entering data

  • Take routine pasta samples for measuring of lengths, quality, and moisture

  • Help in performing routine/preventive maintenance on the line

  • Adheres to the production schedule. Makes recommendation for optimizing the schedule to meet cost and quality

  • Conduct inspections, record, and report findings in the semolina tailings.

  • Review press and dryer settings for correct operational points in accordance with the provided quality check sheets.

  • Strives to attain above-average ratings in productivity, quality, safety, and employee relations objectives.

  • Complies with GMP, food safety, and safety standards at all times

  • Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of the production area

  • Must possess basic mathematics/arithmetic skills

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

  • Ability to perform basic computer skills

  • Performs any other duties and projects as required by management

  • Package finished goods into bulk totes when needed

  • Able to work overtime as required

Utility Worker

Mon - Fri: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Job Description and Duties

  • Clean the inside and outside of facility (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling fans, restroom cleaning etc)

  • Clean the machine/equipment (mixer, dryer, shaker, cooler) during a shutdown

  • Ensure that any trash/waste in parking areas or grounds is picked up and put away properly

  • Emptying trash cans and transporting waste material to designated collection points.

  • Using floor scrubber to scrub and polish floor (after receiving proper instruction and training)

  • Emptying out an industrial vacuum and clean the vacuum filter daily

  • To replenish consumable items (toilet paper, paper towel, soap, sanitizer) if required.

  • Perform and document routine inspection (rodent trap & concentration check of cleaning chemicals)

  • Replace bulbs and perform minor repair work around the building

  • Complies with GMP, food safety, and safety standards at all times

  • Other duties as assigned by management

Scheduling

  • 40 hours/week - some evenings and weekends as needed

Maintenance Technician 

Mon - Fri

Rotating On-call

Job Description

  • Assists in monitoring and maintaining plant operations, including production and packaging equipment

  • Performs preventive and predictive maintenance tasks

  • Independently troubleshoots equipment that needs repair or that is operating at a substandard level

  • Makes repairs and adjustments in a timely fashion to ensure as little downtime as possible

  • Communicate and work with Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, and other Maintenance personnel

  • Performs other tasks as assigned by Management.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • High level of flexibility regarding shifts and overtime when required by the company

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes

  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance required

  • Welding experience preferred

  • Knowledge of electrical controls

  • Ability to understand electrical schematics

  • Knowledge of 3 phase voltage and VFD's

  • Ability to occasionally lift 50lbs

  • Must be able to work up to a 12-hour shift.

  • Must have the ability to work from heights up to 30 ft.
